The Infor Nexus Quality Assurance App enables the real-time collection of quality audit data via a robust tablet app. Fully configurable, the app supports multiple audit types, such as In-line, Ex-Factory and DC audits. Defect code lists and available AQL plans can be configured by audit type and product type. Auditors can capture defect data and take photos of defects as items are inspected. Measurement data can also be collected by product category. By sourcing items and quantities from the Infor Nexus order, audit times are drastically reduced and accuracy improved. Results of audits are immediately available to all trading partners and to the Infor Nexus Report Writer. This enables on-demand quality analysis across your supply chain for quicker identification and resolution of quality issues.
