The application allows passengers and bystanders to report all unusual situations that they notice in buses, trams, trains, etc. We mean accidents and collisions, vehicle devastation, bus shelters, passenger fainting, fights, contamination of the vehicle by co-passengers, vehicle breakdowns unnoticed by the driver (oil leak, broken seat). There are 6,861 events of this type in Warsaw each year (as of 2016), and here only one city in Poland. As you can see, the scale of the problem is very large. Each of these situations requires the carrier to prepare written documentation, and some also photographic. Users are encouraged to download the application and report problems. If the public transport manager has not yet added his activities to our application, please report it to us and we will encourage him to do so. At the same time, we encourage managers to promote the application among passengers in order to increase the level of their safety, as well as to obtain information about problems in their vehicles faster.
