PlayTime is a complex that was founded with the intention of being a space for fun and entertainment. The structure offers cinema, bowling, and commercial rooms. Being a COMMERCIAL reference, an enterprise where several stores operate, from different owners and brands, and using renowned brands (anchor stores) to attract a larger clientele to the other stores (satellite stores), under a single administration, offering products and services to the consumer in a differentiated, air-conditioned space, which also allows entertainment and leisure in the shopping area, with security and parking.

Balsas is one of the most prominent cities in the state of Maranhão. There are more than 90 thousand inhabitants, coming from all over Brazil, in a region of great importance.
The entrepreneurial spirit of its inhabitants made the city grow by leaps and bounds, becoming the capital of Mapitoba, an area formed by the cerrado zones of Maranhão, Piauí, Tocantins and Bahia, with soybean, corn and cotton crops, which are emerging as one of the greatest powers in agribusiness in Brazil.
A cradle of opportunities allied to the region's certainty of growth, was what showed Playtime that the city needed a project of this size, which now has a much more modern format suitable for the development of important cities such as Balsas.
