What is Maviepro?
Maviepro is the tool that allows elected officials to massively mobilize employees, to be able to impact (together) the decisions of their company.
Concretely, the application offers 4 functionalities to employees:
1) News: follow the news on the life of their company and the action of their CSE
2) Tailor-made FAQ: find out about their rights in business
3) Survey: express their opinions on company decisions
4) Chat: communicate directly with a CSE elected official
How to connect?
Does your CSE already have Maviepro? All you have to do is create your account:
1. Download the app to your smartphone
2. Enter the connection email sent to your CSE (personal or professional)
3. Create the password of your choice
4. That's it, you can enjoy all the features of Maviepro.
The message “The email address is not recognized” appears?
If your email is not recognized, there are several possible reasons:
1. Your CSE has not yet adopted Maviepro?
Don't hesitate to tell them about us ;) the application allows employees to follow the news of their company and give their opinion on its decisions.
2. Your CSE has adopted Maviepro, but your email does not work
2.1 Then, try entering the email used for your account again. Spelling errors happen to everyone, nothing serious!
2.2 If it still doesn't work, call your CSE for help. The CSE may have made an error by integrating your email into the tool. Check with your elected officials which email was entered and whether it is spelled correctly!
3. Your CSE has adopted Maviepro, but you do not want to send them your email.
We understand your reservations. Maviepro, however, guarantees your anonymity in its interface.
We do not use any of your personal data and your identity never appears in survey tools or on reviews (news).
Only an email and a password are needed to access the application!
Besides, what data is collected about me?
We only use your email, your first and last name according to your CSE.
The average activity (anonymous) is visible to your elected officials to help them better meet your needs:
- number of times a news item is read
- number of times a question has been viewed
- percentages of A, B, C responses to a survey
- etc.
And if you're not a fan of notifications, no problem! They can be disabled according to your preferences.
