About Track & Analyze
You can either pick from ready-made templates or create your own custom fields.
The Track and Analyze app is very flexible, allowing you to set it up so that manual tracking isn’t a hassle, but can be done in a breeze.
After you tracked data, you can display it in timelines or nice pie & bar charts.
The app also allows you to identify correlations between fields. For example, you can track how long you slept, and your productivity (hours worked) and then see if there is a correlation between those two.
This allows you to understand your own body better, change your habits, and improve your life!
The free app is very generous: You can track up to 10 fields, and create up to 3 analyses. Exporting & importing data is also fully available on the free plan. For more fields & analyses, data backups, access from other devices and other features, you can upgrade to premium, which is very fairly priced at 1.99 USD/month or 15.99 USD/year or 49.99 USD for life.

The best personal metrics tracker I've tried! Clear and straightforward to use, with excellent options and flexibility. Well done, devs! UPDATE: As I have used it, I have been realizing that it's even better than I initially thought—extraordinarily well done.

It just doesn't work. It is not possible to enter values for the tracked fields because the keyboard doesn't pop up. I uninstalled it once and it worked with one field, so I continued adding fields just to discover that it won't work again. It's a shame because the app concept is really appealing.
