We're offering a shared revenue of 50% from our total earnings, from direct purchase and from advertisements according to the terms and conditions below.
We charge a minimal amount of approx 1 us$ for our app for registration and to do a preliminary research to check the worthwhileness of your idea.

We've been trying to make it as short as possible and as clear as possible. Please read it carefully and accept the terms before proceeding to the next step
1. The most important thing before we'll discuss about sharing your idea with us, is that the idea is yours! even after sharing it with us it's still yours and you can do with it what ever you desire.
2. We will NOT do any usage with your idea, except for developing it as part of our agreement.
3. We will not share your idea with any 3rd party, unless it will be discussed and agreed with you, and for the favor of our joint project.
4. By providing your idea to Inno Mob You're entitled to the following:
4.1. If by the time we (Inno Mob) have decided to work on your idea:
4.1.1. You were the only one that have suggested such idea, you'll be entitled to 50% of our revenue earned from direct purchase and from advertisements.
4.1.2. Two persons have suggested such idea, the 1st one will be entitled to 30% and the 2nd one will be entitled to 20%.
4.1.3. Three persons have suggested such idea, the 1st one will be entitled to 25%, the 2nd one will be entitled to 15% and the 3rd one will be entitled to 10%.
4.1.4. Four persons have suggested such idea, The 1st one will be entitled to 23%, the 2nd one will be entitled to 12%, the 3rd one will be entitled to 10% and the 4th one will be entitled to 5%.
4.1.5. Five or more persons have suggested such idea, the 5th, the 6th and so on... will not be entitles to any revenue.
4.2. If you can provide receipts for the received revenue, you'll receive your revenue from the "gross" income (Before taxes). Otherwise, you'll receive your revenue from the "net" income (After local taxes) according to your percentage level.
4.3. Upon each additional person whom will share the same idea, each person from the same group will be notified with the new number of partners and their relative revenue percentage.
4.4. After our decision to start working on your idea, no additional partners will be permitted.
5. After providing your idea to Inno Mob you can decide whether you'd like to take an active part in the project or remain passive. In both cases you'll receive the same revenue.
6. If you've decided to take an active part in the project and we (Inno Mob) have decided to start working on your idea, we will share your name and e-mail with the rest of the active partners in order to bring this project to success.
7. All active partners will be able to influence and make changes during the project development process.
8. In order to receive your revenue, you must be eligible for income according to your local laws.
9. After you post your idea, please wait for confirmation e-mail
10. All shared revenues will be paid within 30 days after Inno Mob will get paid and after passing a minimum payout of 50US$
