The system also offers meter reading ( water and electricity ) for all conventional meters. Data is made available live on the back end which can be integrated directly to utility financial systems. All readings submitted are tagged with geolocation information and pictures of other evidence can be attached by meter readers.
04. TID management System
As a result of the Encryption date time roll over all STS complaint prepayment meters (water electricity and gas ) will have to update their token table before the 24/11/2024. Meters that are not updated will not be bale to use any token that is generated after 24/11/2024. This can be a very disruptive update task if not managed properly.
