The heater programme doesn't work

Awful clunky app with endless bugs. Constantly forgets whatever has been programmed in - why on earth can't a programme be saved as a file in the app or something so you can easily load it and send it to the device again? If I knew what I know now I wouldn't have touched it with a barge pole but stuck with it for now until I get around to changing it. Save yourself the hassle and don't bother.
