The InfoVisor application is dedicated to the safe and smooth customer service, primarily in trade and services, where it will be a valuable source of information for customers.

New regulations and restrictions, as well as a large change in consumer behavior, dictated by caution are new standards in customer service - thanks to using the application, the service will run efficiently and, importantly, maintaining the order required and expected by the customer and a sense of security.

 

InfoVisor through the ability to quickly change messages, provide current information, facilitates communication with the consumer and provides direct benefits in the form of maintaining and creating the involvement of a potential customer, building loyalty or obtaining recommendations of the facility.

The application is operated by a User (store employee) who will be able to administer traffic in the store and transfer information to a display located on the store's website. Control from the User's position is simple and not very engaging, and significantly improves communication and is an important source of information about the conditions prevailing in the facility.

Current data from the facility, introduced on a regular basis by the store's service, allow not only to fulfill the information obligation, in line with the restrictions imposed from the top for the trade and services sector, but also fit into the current changes in the motivation and values ​​of the potential customer. Such information will be:

1. Number of people dealing directly with service - currently, the number of customers who may be in the store depends on this number. This information has considerable value for the customer: faster cash register service, shorter waiting times for payments, also the fact that you will not wait in one long queue. In addition, each time another person increases the number of "cash register windows", customers immediately know about it, which makes the service more liquid.

2. Estimated average customer service time - determining, based on customer experience, the average time spent in the customer's store and sharing this information
on the store's website is valuable information for anyone who approaches an establishment and wants to know the approximate time of entering the store but also shopping.

3. The ability to enter the facility / store or the need to wait - Thanks to clear messages, updated by the store staff on a regular basis, situations are avoided,
in which the customer is not sure whether he can enter or is asked to withdraw from the store. Based on the displayed message, emphasized with the right color, the client knows perfectly well what to do. Customer satisfaction and service quality ratings are increasing.

Input data will be entered after logging in to the correct platform, and the real data will be updated by the store staff.
