Help beta-test Insense: the first interactive Vipassana app. Use your phone to label sensations until you gain insight into the true nature of reality.

- It takes about 15 minutes to develop effortless muscle-memory.
- If you opt-in to share your data, it will be uploaded to Github anonymously for scientists and amateur researchers.
- To use the app without creating an account, press the 'X' in the top-left of the sign-in screen.

How to use

You will be asked to use the app during meditation. Whenever a sensory experience arises you push the corresponding button. This is called Noting, a type of Vipassana meditation.
