The days change seasons change, but various questions that arise when approaching the month of Ramadan remains the same question, about Hisab and Ru'yah, intentions of fasting, Qadha ', Tarawih, Zakat Fitrah and so forth. Even though these problems have been discussed, humans remain in their limitations, forgetfulness and various activities are still a factor in why the questions keep on repeating, despite the lack of adequate documentation. For this reason, it is deemed necessary to collect various writings relating to the issue of the 30 Ramadhan Fasting Fatwa.
The composer chose the fatwa of three major al-Azhar scholars; Sheikh ‘Athiyyah Shaqar, Sheikh DR. Yusuf al-Qaradhawi and Shaykh DR. Ali Jum'ah and summarized it into 30 Ramadhan Fasting Fatwas, because of their scientific and manhaj al-Washatiyyah (moderate) which they continued to apply in the fatwa, with a wealth of propositions and reading references. Hopefully this 30 Ramadhan Fasting Fatwa is able to enlighten and become Allah SWT as part of the pious charity that continues to flow, amen. Finally, there is no ivory that is not cracked.
The translation of the 30 Ramadhan Fasting Fatwas is far from perfect. However, if awaited perfectly, these fatwas will never appear in the real world. Criticism and suggestions are needed from the scholars and all Muslims.
