Taklim Muta'alim

It is not strange in our minds to hear the Ta'limu Muta'allim, in every Islamic boarding school or institution, we must learn this, even in some of the huts it requires students to memorize the verses of the Taklim Muta'alim. In this book Ta'limul Muta'allim there are so many lessons that can be taken by the student or teacher, from how to learn to partner learning.

According to Shaykh al-Zarnuji the author of the book Taklim Muta'alim learning is intending to seek the pleasure of Allah, as explained in his book "A person who seeks knowledge must aim at hoping for Allah's pleasure, seeking happiness in the hereafter, eliminating ignorance both from himself and from others, revive religion, and preserve Islam, because Islam can be sustainable, if its adherents have knowledge.

The Book of Ta'limul Muta'alim. Which consists of thirteen chapters.

First, explaining the nature of knowledge, law seeking knowledge, and its importance.
Second, the intention to seek knowledge.
Third, how to choose knowledge, teachers, friends, and perseverance.
Fourth, how to respect science and teachers
Fifth, seriousness in seeking knowledge, beristiqamah and noble ideals.
Sixth, size and order
Seventh, trust
Eighth, when studying science
Ninth, love one another and advise one another
Tenth, looking for additional knowledge
Eleventh, be wara 'when studying
Twelfth, things that can reinforce memorization and weaken it.
Thirteenth, things that facilitate the arrival of rijki, things that can prolong, and reduce life.
وما توفيقى إلا بالله عليه توكلت وإليه أنيب.
There is no helper except Allah, only to Him I surrender, and in His presence I return.
