About InSoft Up

InSoft Up is the APP suite, fully integrated with the Business Cube management software for companies, created by InSoftware Srl on the technological basis of the NTS Informatica Business Up APP suite.

InSoft Up allows you to synchronize data and work offline, managing activities in complete mobility, with the same functional logic as the Business software; facilitates communication between corporate resources by providing information that is always up-to-date and ready to use.

Available modules:

Customer and Article Console
Customers and Articles Console is the basic module of the suite, to always have the situation of your customers under control. Call, locate, collect and stay up to date on key customer business facts.

Main features:
Personal data, geolocation, documents, deadlines, turnover, different destinations, organizations, receipts, notes, product catalogue, price lists and discounts.

Orders
InSoft Up Orders is the add-on module for improving commercial activities, checking product availability and the latest purchases made, keeping under control the conditions reserved for each customer, presenting products and increasing your sales!

Main features:
Item master data, inventories, latest sale/purchase prices, price lists and discounts applied to the item, order collection, electronic signature and sending of the printable version.

Customer Service
With Customer Service, the technician can manage the calls assigned to him or view calls still to be assigned that have been entered in the back-office through Business Cube
The technician can take charge of the calls, allocate the hours of labor or spare parts needed in the intervention and, at the end, generate the intervention report which can be forwarded to the customer.
All calls closed via Customer Service will then be synchronized on the Cube database to be included in call billing.

CRM
With CRM it is possible to generate offers in the Lead's name, view the offers already entered via InSoft Up and use the history of the offers to generate new offers quickly and easily.
The Agent can also generate activities on Leads which will then be visible, after synchronization, in his Business Cube CRM console.
