The "Insurfin iCustomer" app is for insurance policyholders or customers who are onboarded to the platform by the Insurfin associates using "Insurfin iDistributor" app. This app enables the customer (or the policy holder) to review the proposal details entered by the Distributor after completing their registration process. The customer initiates the loan process by accepting the terms and conditions and the agreements for availing the loan. Post loan initiation, the process of approval and disbursement happens through the backend integration with the lender. Customer would be able to view the status of the loan at all stages such as Loan Approval/Rejection and Loan Disbursement.
