Also the GastroCanarias® platform, endorsing the project's founding principles and philosophy remain a "pure" gastronomic guide, now maintains an independent selection of those considered "our" best restaurants in each of the islands Canary.
This list, prepared by a group of inspectors and expert collaborators, whose body remains secret and independent judgment which responds only to the overall quality of the restaurants, pick up a total number of 500 establishments spread throughout the islands of the archipelago.
Now, with this application for mobile devices, GastroCanarias® takes a further step towards better service for professionals, enthusiasts and food lovers in the Canary Islands or few visitors, lovers of good food, come to our archipelago.
The new phase of our project and under the generic term mentioned GastroCanarias® opens its doors to all establishments, one way or another, directly or indirectly, have to do with the exciting world of gastronomy quality in the Canary Islands .
