How long does the staff take to get to the service?
The Utimedical Staff has a maximum period of 45 minutes to arrive from the request of the unit.
If I no longer need the service, can I cancel it?
If you can cancel the service if you no longer need it through the application itself.
Can I request other care in the course of the initial request?
You can request only one attention, this will stay active until the attention of the same or until the initial attention is canceled.
