Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools Skills Training in Business Course Students' Monthly Wage Calculation and Support Fee Calculation Application for Businesses.
The most effective methods that enable students to transform their theoretical knowledge acquired in the education process into practical behavior are skill training and/or internship practice in the business. In this process, students are made insurance entries and monthly fees are paid with a special calculation method. In calculating this fee, the minimum wage and minimum living allowance values are processed with a special formula and the monthly wages of the students are calculated.
--> The purpose of the application is an application that calculates the monthly salary of the students who receive skills training and / or internship training in the enterprise. The application also calculates the support fees paid by the state for workplaces, institutions and organizations that employ interns.
--> There is a button on the application home page that allows two different accounts to be made.
Through these buttons, the application allows two types of users to make accounts. Manual Calculation Button and Automatic Calculation Button.
-->Manual Calculation Button: With this button, the number of workers employed by the workplace, the number of days of absence of students, the month in which the wage will be calculated, the minimum wage and the minimum living allowance are requested from the user. The data entered by the user is processed with a special formula. As a result of this process, the fee to be paid by the student and the amount of support to be paid by the state to the workplace are shown in TL.
--> Automatic Calculation Button: With this button, the number of workers employed by the workplace, the number of days of absence of students, the month in which the wage will be calculated are requested from the user. Minimum wage and minimum living allowance are called from the fields where the application is registered in the database. The minimum wage is decided every year by the Minimum Wage Determination Commission. With the determination of the minimum wage amount by the Minimum Wage Determination Commission, the minimum living allowance (AGI) amount is also determined. Minimum wage amount is taken as basis in calculation of AGI amount. As a result of the calculations made, the AGI amount is valid for the whole year. Minimum wage and AGI information are called from the application's database and included in the calculation. As a result of this calculation, the student's fee and the amount of support to be paid by the state to the workplace are shown in TL.
