Aoun Aqaba application, this application aims to receive and deal with the proposals and complaints of citizens and auditors of the Aqaba Region Authority with the aim of achieving a higher level of satisfaction with the services they receive, in addition to receiving and solving problems that the authority’s employees may face administratively or technically during work, in a fair and transparent manner. It also aims to benefit from citizens ’ideas and suggestions regarding improving and developing services and upgrading the performance of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority.
The application proposes a number of activities and interventions aimed at institutionalizing the process of receiving complaints and proposals regarding community and investment services in the Aqaba region, in addition to developing a number of direct communication channels between the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority and the recipient of the service, in a way that ensures access to the largest possible segment of the local community. And the recipient of the service, which will provide a direct means and an effective platform for all strategic partners in the Aqaba Special Economic Zone to participate in the development and improvement of services provided by the Aqaba Zone Authority for Active Participatory with the provider who considers this application one of the outputs of the strategic partnership between Partners for the Best and the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority to participate Societal.
