Triada seeks to enrich the experience of medical students during their studies, sharing experiences and reflections with their teachers and colleagues to enhance elements of professional identity and professionalism in clinical practice. The aim of this application is to create support networks to overcome each of the transitions towards different moments of professional identity and the exercise of professionalism in clinical settings.
With this application the student will be able to:
- Reflect on aspects of their professional identity and professionalism individually and with their close circle of family and friends.
- Share your experiences in the clinical field with colleagues and teachers.
- Track your development as a doctor through validated questionnaires.
- Evaluate their teachers of clinical practice.
- Belong to a collaboration network with colleagues from other universities.
Triada is inspired by the collaboration of three prestigious Latin American universities in medical education: Tecnológico de Monterrey, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad de los Andes. Likewise, it attends to the triad of student, teacher and patient learning based on reflection, discussion and dialogue in a protected and secure environment of confidentiality.
