eBEKER is an application used to assess workload based on the level of caloric needs according to SNI 7269:2009. Every worker can assess his workload with the help of this application.
Workload is determined by body weight, gender and the activities performed and the duration of each activity. Activity is determined by observing the type/category of work being done and body position while doing the activity. Thus, we can estimate the total workload in kcal/hour and categorize the workload based on the level of caloric needs.
