Las Quekas Factory de Coyoacán is a concept that arose with the idea of a visionary and entrepreneurial couple, which wanted to highlight simple Mexican products made from corn which have been devalued when sold in informal places, but that adding a corporate image and giving it a plus, it would offer an economical and quality alternative that would satisfy the demands of consumers.
In the Quekas Factory, products prepared in a traditional way, handmade and cooked on the comal are offered that are composed of quesadillas, sopes and toasts prepared with a variety of stews to choose from, including quesillo in all the quesadillas at no additional cost, in addition to drinks soft drinks and fresh waters. Currently the menu has been complemented including pambazos, cakes, pozole and Neapolitan flan; which have been liked by customers.
The concept from the beginning managed to retain and capture new customers.
