Visualize industrial PLC
The IWAASS SPS2Go app allows you to visualize an industrial PLC mobile (ie with your smartphone or tablet). This allows you to view all important data at a glance and to change it wherever you are and flexibly adapt it to the respective circumstances. You choose the areas you want to manage in your app and off you go!
No changes in the existing PLC
"Never change a winning team". Or "Do not touch a working system". Since changes to PLC industrial systems can often cause some difficulties, we have designed our SPS2Go app so that nothing needs to be changed to your existing PLC system and you can quickly and easily find all the data and processes that interest you on your smartphone or smartphone Tabletscreen can see. In this way, you can also make it easier for your employees, for example by not having to perform maintenance work on the PC on-site, but also be able to flexibly and flexibly control processes with the help of a mobile or tablet. This brings more flexibility and at the same time increasing productivity, for example for late or weekend services.
How is the implementation done?
In order to be able to access the control via app, the SPS2Go server app must be installed on the control PC (Windows) or another PC or server. These are the communications between the two sides (PLC and App). This SPS2Go server app also defines all accesses for the mobile app SPS2Go (user authorizations).
Which data is displayed?
The basic idea of the app is not to display and control all data of the industrial PLC. Especially for safety reasons, a remote intervention via app without visual contact with the production plant would make no sense. Therefore, only elements of the plant should be controlled that have a relevant added value for the company. An example of this would be maintenance work on the system.
These data which should be visualized and / or controlled are discussed by us with the technical person responsible. Then we create one or more configurations, which can be linked to different user groups again. This means that, for example, the electrician can only control the lighting system and the production panel can also display or control other elements of the system.
What does the system cost?
The costs are divided into three parts.
The mobile app "SPS2Go" is FREE to download in the app stores.
The configuration of the files and other services will be charged by our team and partners depending on the effort.
For the maintenance and further development of the system an annual fee is charged.
