About codeX
CodeX is a 'crack the code' game set against the clock. You have six guesses and 60 seconds in which to crack the code. Enter your guesses via the keypad and review the colours of the lights at the top of the screen - once you have turned all the lights green, then you have cracked the codeX!
Work to beat your high screen and earn medals via your longest unbroken streak. You start at Bronze and if you make it to 25 in a row, you are promoted to Silver. Next it is Gold, Platinum and Diamond until you gain the highest accolade of 125 consecutive wins. Lose just once and you have to rebuild your streak from scratch!
You can earn badges for the speed at which you crack the codeX. Earn the Silver badge for under 30 seconds, Gold for under 15 seconds, Platinum for under 10 and Diamond if you can crack the codeX in under five.
The four lights at the top of screen can each turn one of five different colours - red, orange, purple, blue or green. The codeX is only solved when all four lights have turned green. You'll have to figure out what the different colours means all by yourself, but once you do, you'll be earning those high tier badges like a pro!
