**UPDATE**
Changed the score! Now it shows number of questions you have answered correctly (on the first try) versus the number of questions you have answered incorrectly or clicked "show answer". Clicking "skip" without answering the question or viewing the answer does not impact the score.

Also added the ability to reset the score! Just tap the score at the top left hand side of the screen and a dialogue will appear to confirm that you want to reset the score.
