This app was developed to help health workers to pronounce generic and trade names of common medications available in Australia. Mims was used as the primary source of medication information.The terms are voiced by a real person with an Australian accent. Over 1,000 generic medications have been included with trade names there are nearly 3,000 terms recorded.
Medications can be searched by either the trade or generic names. Information about the category and use of the medication is included.
There are also 2 mix and match games to test your ability to match the clues to the generic medications and also to match the generic with a trade name.
