Remote access will only work if you go to the dishwasher and press the start button on the units door Kind of defeats the whole concept of having it connected to your network. 5 years of not having this appliance work the way it is supposed to. No remote start abilities even though it is connected to my network, no way to have my smart house control it because there is no way it could go to my appliance and hit start. Fix your app!

The app is simple awful. The assisted cooking function does not work on an android phone. However, the support people are excellent. They are polite and patient. I give the support staff five stars. If only the app was even half as good as support staff, I would be happy.
