With the resource app, all resources are at a glance and easy to manage. In the first step, the various resources are first recorded. It does not matter whether you use a tablet, smartphone or web browser. A unique resource number, possibly a serial number and a description is all that is necessary. Of course, additional information can also be recorded. Who is the supplier? When was it delivered? Where is the equipment used? Does it belong to a group of equipment (e.g. fire extinguishers)? Which test standard applies and what is the condition? Photos of the equipment are also no problem. The application determines when and in what rhythm the equipment (or a whole group of equipment) must be checked and which measures should be taken if the appointment is missed. Test instructions and test steps can be defined for tests that have to be carried out by your own staff. Finally, a QR code is generated and the equipment is clearly identified. If this is scanned with a tablet or smartphone, all required information such as condition and deadlines are immediately available. And, of course, the app automatically reminds you of due due dates. If these are exceeded, the equipment is blocked. The app also includes a physical management of operating resources. For example, Tools and machines are issued and taken back. Of course, only if the respective equipment has been checked, released and safe. If several employees are entrusted with the management of operating resources, this is also not a problem. The resource administrator can add more employees at any time.
