What is “here for you”?
Here4U is a mobile counseling support project for youth mental health in Good With Us.
It has the meaning of [Hear for you, Here for you, “I will listen to you by your side”],
It is a counseling platform built to provide mobile (chat, voice) counseling for young people with difficult hearts.
● Here for You function
- Consultation Reservation: Consultation date inquiry, consultation/problem type selection, consultation application form, reservation, etc.
- Consultation: You can view ongoing/finished consultations and participate in consultations
- Consultation review: You can register reviews and view consultation reviews
● Features of Here4U
- This is a mobile counseling support project for young people in their 20s and 30s to take care of the changing minds of the young generation.
- Select a consultation method (chat, voice) through the application and proceed 1:1 non-face-to-face without restrictions on time and place.
- Consultation reservation/progress/review registration is possible in the application, so you can use it conveniently,
- Counseling is conducted by counselors who are qualified as mental health specialists (national qualifications).
- Since it is conducted “free of charge” without a separate consultation fee, you can use it conveniently without any cost burden.
● Here4U, both counselors and users use nicknames to participate in counseling to protect personal information.
Anonymity and confidentiality of the contents of the consultation are guaranteed, and you participate in the consultation in compliance with the principle of confidentiality of the consultation.
● Consultation hours and methods
- Consultation hours
: Reservations can be made from Monday to Friday at 21:30, and reservations can be made up to 30 minutes before the consultation time.
* Here 4 You counseling is not available on weekends and public holidays.
- Consultation method
: 1:1 non-face-to-face reservation/matching free consultation
: Create a time when a counselor is available for consultation -> You can participate in the consultation by making a reservation at the time available for consultation.
● Here 4 You Sponsorship Method
The Here4U platform is a counseling platform related to mental health and suicide prevention, where people who are struggling with their hearts can talk comfortably.
Those who want to help can donate through the sponsorship in the platform.
Sponsored funds are used for the Here4U system operation and consultants.
