customer Service is Horrible. There is no 24/7 Support. you have to email them through the program and sit and wait for hours minimum till they get back to you. you can be completely down and your bussiness stops and you have to wait till whenever they get back to you. program is very simple, nothing too complicated, but if you don't have the support, it's not worth looking into.

Outstanding platform encompassing work orders, quotes, invoices, materials, labour, timesheets, inventory, etc. Etc. Etc.

It's not easy to use. Doesn't work offline. Constantly crashes.

Used it while working for a service Electrical company. It worked well and was easy to use.

I have used a couple different Service Apps over the years with different companies. This one is by far the most user friendly, and the most informative. The fact that I can start my own quote for a customer, turn that quote into a work order, and then turn that work order into an invoice, so seamlessly is amazing. We can leave notes at certain customer locations for any tech to see as well. The only complaint I have with the app is that I have to click "Web" when I launch the app.
