Əmək məcəlləsi

In accordance with Article 35 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, labor is the basis of personal and public welfare. Everyone shall have the right to freely choose his activity, profession, occupation and place of work, based on his or her ability to work.
   In the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
labor of employees and employers in labor relations with relevant legal norms;
social, economic and minimum levels of security related to these rights;
   Labor provided for in the second section of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan,
the right to work in safe, healthy and healthy conditions, as well as other key individuals
principles and rules of ensuring rights and freedoms;
   International treaties concluded or supported by the Republic of Azerbaijan,
Compliance with the conventions of the International Labor Organization and other international law
formation, change, termination of labor relations and so on
employees, employers in the field of protection of the rights of the participants in the relationship,
as well as norms regulating the rights and obligations of the relevant public authorities
is detected.
