The app makes you retype credit cards that you've already saved in it
they changed their format and took off all the money I put on the app
I'm extremely displeased w/ the latest version of the app. It's appallingly bad. Looking past the fact that you can no longer pay w/ the app at the register but must use a credit card, my two main complaints are: 1- you can no longer easily see & track purchases & point totals in the app; and 2- the process for redeeming rewards in store at the register is a horror show--so much so that one can't help wondering if it wasn't designed this way on purpose to prevent redeeming of rewards. Shameful.
New update is terrible. You can no longer use the app to pay for your order. Instead you have to have a card saved and then have that card with you and it's too many bells and whistles and nothing that actually helps you. I used to go to Joe's because of the app. Probably not going to go out of my way anymore.
Original rewards points were lost during transfer to the new app. Required additional round of signing out, waiting ~10 min, and signing back in. Contacted support, quick response.
App sucks, routinely doesn't register location despite permission granted.
The order ahead function just doesn't work. Blank white screen and you're unable to type or search a location.
My level up points are going negative each day putting further away from Blue status. Why is this happening?
Rewards toggle button doesn't work. Customer service did nothing to help. The app also doesn't have all locations. One of the worst apps!
