JL Health is a very new health app that is ready for you.
With simple questions like age, gender, height and weight, JL Health can help you track your calories in a simple and elegant manner.
The clean user interface tells you how many calories you should have in a day, counts your calories, keeps track of burned calories, and even tells you how many calories you burn walking.
You don't need to be on a diet when you're using JL Health, you just have to start counting.
The calories burned walking is only an estimate obviously people walk faster or slower or in different conditions than other people. This is something to keep in mind.
