Q. The update button is not normally activated in the store.
A. 1) After the app is completely closed, not in the background
Settings → Applications → Select each store you are using (Google Play, One Store)
→ Storage → Clear cache and try the update again.
2) After completely shutting down, not in the background
Please log in to each store you are using, enter the Shinhan University shuttle bus, and check if the update appears.
