offers a Professional Protection Assurance package (JPP) FOR MEDICINE AND POWER
HEALTH. The following is a description of the following understanding:
a. Guaranteed PROFESSIONAL PROTECTION (JPP): is a guarantee or protection against all
forms of ethical suit, discipline and lawsuits that afflict the health profession
while carrying out his profession. A law suit can consist of a lawsuit

b. This Professional Protection Guarantee (JPP) includes comprehensive handling of all
claim to finance criminal and administrative fines and civil compensation
according to Court Decisions that have permanent legal force and pay
compensation for the outcome of the final mediation / negotiation agreement in the context of peace.
What is guaranteed in JPP:
1) Providing consultation to participants on cases experienced either by telephone,
email, WA or face to face immediately immediately
2) Providing consultation and assistance in all claims / examinations
ethical violations in the Honorary and Ethics Council (MKEK) and lawsuit
disciplinary violations in the Indonesian Medical Council and Honorary Discipline
(MKDKI).
3) Assistance in examinations both as witnesses and suspects in the office
Police.
4) Assistance in the proceedings during the examination in the District Criminal Court
and Civil Code, both in the position of witnesses and defendants
5) Prepare replication, duplication, and answers in civil proceedings and
provide defense information in criminal proceedings, interim hearings,
appeals, cassations and witness statements if needed in all trials
civil or criminal.
6) Conducting assistance efforts in all mediation processes inside and outside
court and pay the mediator if deemed necessary.
7) Helping all defense and mentoring activities in cases at PTUN
