The Jalisco Help Button is an application for smartphones of the State of Jalisco that allows the registered user to send an immediate alert to the Coordination, Command, Control, Communications, and Computing Center of the State of Jalisco (Urban Shield C5 Jalisco).
The application sends the alert directly to the C5 Urban Shield, where qualified personnel receive the case and carry out all the steps established to address the situation and resolve the problem quickly and effectively.
Remember in cases of emergency it is suggested to call the 9-1-1 line. In the event that this is not possible, this application emerges as an alternative way of contacting the authorities to report an emergency case. Just by pressing the panic button, your data previously registered in the system and your geolocation are automatically sent to the C5 Urban Shield.
