Scan TR allows you to simply manage the reconciliation of the restaurant vouchers with your cash register software as well as the bank reconciliation when the CRT reimburses you.
At the end of your day, scan all the Restaurant Titles you have cashed. Scan TR will show you the number of Titles scanned as well as the total amount of Titles.
Then validate this day to generate a package.
When you have to send your Notes to the CRT (or bring them to a securities collection center), you just need to generate a slip in Scan TR.
Scan TR will then send an email to the person of your choice (usually the accounting department), in order to make a connection between the days that were collected on a slip and the future reimbursement by the CRT.
You can scan your restaurant titles using your tablet's camera or using a Bluetooth barcode scanner, compatible model 'TL148KPTUK'.
Scan TR analyzes the addition of a restaurant title and refuses the titles whose date is exceeded, whose sending country is not France and whose bar code is wrong.
