The glycemic index (GI) provides a measure of how quickly blood sugar levels rise after eating a food item. Any food item has GI ranging from 0 to 100, 100 is the count for pure glucose. A balanced diet makes a huge difference to maintaining glucose level and for weight control as well.

This application displays the list of products and their glycemic index. Search bar allows to find required product very quickly. Soon we will be making this application available in different local languages.

We update database of food items periodically. So, if you do not find anything now, don’t worry, that item would be added soon.
