About Smiley
Smiley employs a password-based key derivation system (PBKDF2) to generate unique, strong (high-entropy) and non-persisted passwords for each one of your accounts.
You provide (i) a PIN to enter the app and (ii) a strong master password which is combined with a public (non-secret) phrase to generate a key which is unique to that public passphrase and secret password.
When launching the app again, enter the same PIN as previously configured. The hidden passphrase previously set does not have to be re-entered on subsequent uses. Entering a different hidden passphrase will overwrite the existing one.
