About The Speed Academy
Justjumari is a top strength and conditioning coach who has trained hundreds of athletes over the years! He has worked with athletes who ran as fast at 10.2 in the 100m, and basketball players who play at the professional level!

love the app but their is a glitch tht needs to be fixed litterly all my workout plans have been deleted

Good information/exercises but I do wish the instructor were easier to get ahold of when questions arise. Also some of the demonstrations are awfully short without any type of explanation or how they benefit the athletes.
