I'm trying to find details on an auto-payment I have set up, and can't find it anywhere. I finally reached out to their AI chatbot for help, and it keeps saying I should be able to get what I need at a link it's providing, but when I select it, the app just crashes. Overall, not very user-friendly, and seems glitchy too.

Easy to use, navigate, and has so many available features. I rarely need to go into a branch for services.
