When writing a situation, write only what happened while thinking about the 5, 5, and 5 principles, and when writing thoughts, write only the thoughts that passed through your mind in that situation, and when writing emotions, write only the emotions you felt in your heart. In the final retrospective part, you can put together and consider the situation, thoughts, and feelings to get to know the underlying cause of the emotion.

Most of the emotions we feel are because of what I thought. Think about why you {thought} that way in that situation and what kind of {thought patterns} you have!
● My heart journal
In [My Mind Journal], you can see all the diaries I've written so far. If you click the [Newest] / [Oldest] button at the top, you can view the diaries in the order they were created, and if you click the [Mind Diary] and [Trauma] buttons, only {Today's Mind Diary} or {Trauma Diary} will be collected separately. I can see it.
The most important thing here is the [Emotion] button. If you click it, you can view the diary by the emotion you selected. For example, if you select {Sadness}, you can collect and view all the diaries in which you recorded that you were sad. The reason why this is important is because I can usually know how to feel certain emotions in certain situations. Since I can usually tell whether I am happy, sad, angry, or afraid in a situation, it can be very helpful in getting to know {myself}.
