1) Allow cargo owners to order for trucks anytime and easily track them once their cargo is in transit. Two kind of cargo owners should be differentiated.
i) Corporate cargo owners – FMCG, courier, shipping and manufacturing companies
ii) Individuals and one off cargo owners.
2) Truck owners are able to accept trips and also track their trucks once its on a trip.
3) Agents or third parties should be able to have visibility for cargo and trucks on the platform. With a view to initiate truck ordering or highlight available cargo.
4) The proposed system shall enable the system to intelligently create a trip and match it with available truck in the database that matches
5) The platform will be able to generate trip closeout reports capturing the details of the cargo owner, truck and destination warehouse address; including picture of final waybill.
