I am a high school student seeking to raise public awareness of e-waste issues. Only 15% of used phones are collected for reuse and recycling in the U.S. The rest are either stored at home resulting in a great loss of valuable materials such as gold and silver, or are discarded in the trash causing serious damage to our health and environment. This app aims to provide a convenient way to sell, donate, or recycle your used phones in an effort to reduce and repurpose e-waste to save our beautiful planet.
