There are four main functionalities included in Immunochain mobile application are:

Vaccine Registration

Vaccine Administered

According to the access roles assigned to the user, the corresponding functionality will be enabled for the user.

Vaccine registration involves registering the vaccines that reach the station from the store. On registering the vaccine using the batch number and other details such as dose count, expiry date etc, a QR code will be generated which can be pasted on the vaccine package.

Stock Management involves three processes: stock-in, stock-out and stock-update. The vaccines transported to other stations are done through a stock-out process. The vaccines received at a station are confirmed through a stock-in process. The vaccines which are discarded or damaged due to some reasons can be entered into the system through the stock-update process.

Vaccine Administration involves entering the details of vaccines taken for a child and providing a date for next vaccination. There is provision to view details of the vaccines administered/missed for the child.

Vaccine Administered provides two types of reports - Vaccine Report and Beneficiary Report. The Vaccine Report provides the count of vaccines administered for male and female children. The Beneficiary Report provides the details of the beneficiary and the vaccines administered for the beneficiary.
