Simplify time tracking for your workers using an app

The European Court of Justice (ECJ) has ruled that employers should be required to record the total working time of their employees. This requires a lot of bureaucracy, which is avoided with this time recording app. Your employees can simply enter your data and send it to your supervisor.

Make use of this convenient booking solution, which is available directly via smartphone and automatically sends clear statistics as a file to you.

  • Per Minute Billing

  • Quick Send to Employer

  • Easy to use

  • Holidays, holidays and sick days possible

  • Recalculates overtime

To use the statistics, you will need a license key and an email address to send the files to.

    Commissioning by the employee

The employee receives a QR Code, which he should scan into under Settings after installation. This will conveniently be the data of the employer such. For example, the long license key is taken.

Then, the employee enters his name and his weekly working hours in hours and specify which days of the week he works regularly. He also enters the date from which the overtime calculation is to be carried out ("time recording from"). Any existing overtime can also be stored there.

    capture time

Here you get an overview of the booked times of the currently selected day. There are two ways to capture a time:

On the one hand by "clock" (Start / Stop button) for convenient input of the time for today, as well as with an accurate input of the from and to time for a pre-selected day (plus button).

When using the "time clock": Only times of at least 60 seconds are recorded. Only whole minutes are booked.

Each entry may include a note in addition to the actual booked time.

Booked times can be changed up to seven days later and marked as deleted (they will not be included in the calculation). To change tap on the entry to be changed. To delete one has to long tap on the entry to be changed.

    Monthly Maybe

Basically recorded times are only taken into account from the set date "Time recording from" (see settings) to the current date (eg for the calculation of overtime).

Here you can get an overview of the booked times of the currently selected month and can also take special account of times such as holiday, illness and holidays in a yearly calendar (plus button). These special times are taken into account when calculating the current overtime, but only if no valid booking has been made on that day.

In the monthly report you can also manually transfer the booked times to the employer (eg after a change) (paper plane button). Basically, the booked times are automatically transferred once a day when using the app to the employer.

The current valid overtime is always shown at the top of the app on the edge (under "Collect time").
