First: Sending verification codes to ones phone number each time you open this app is unnecessary and can even prevent the user from accessing their account in some cases. It should not be considered an improvement in security, as there are other, more effective ways to secure accounts. Second: The requirement to physically appear at the bank or at agent office before starting to use this app is not convenient in modern world. There are easier ways for users to proceed by themselves
