Using the KEGI Supervisor app, the supervisor is assigned to bookings by the KEGI team based on the customer requests and the respective supervisor's availability. The supervisor then manages the booking via the KEGI supervisor app which allows them to use the location feature to assess the booking venue and their distance from that location. At each step, the supervisor has all details for the booking on the app and do not have to worry about missed information. The app also ensures that the supervisor is updating the customer and the office team of the progress in the booking so that everyone is aligned throughout the process and it increases efficiency.
