The taxi stand app for Vienna
The new Android app makes driving a cab in Vienna as cheap and easy as never before!
Many Viennese people do not realize is that you can influence the price of a taxi ride itself. Depending on how you call a taxi to come at a price for the taxi ride to another appropriate surcharges.
There are three ways to:
The cheapest: go to the nearest taxi stand (no surcharge)
The Second Cheapest: call a taxi from the nearest taxi stand (Directions surcharge € 1.40)
The most expensive: you call a taxi via radio station (radio taxi surcharge € 2.80)
The taxi stand app allows you all three options.
When opening the app automatically shows these taxi stands in the area.
Tap the label of each stand and get information about any restrictions (eg only 9:00 to 22:00) is displayed.
Tapping the information you will be connected directly to the corresponding hardware stand and speak directly with the taxi driver.
The taxi stand with stand phone are highlighted in green.
If there is no taxi at the stand, be sure to be connected by pressing the button at the top of the radio taxi service from our partner 31300th
