The virtue of hosting an orphan
From Sahl bin Sa'ad radhiallahu ‘anhu he said:
The Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said,
«أَنَا وَكَافِلُ الْيَتِيمِ فِى الْجَنَّةِ هكَذَا» وأشار بالسبابة والوسطى وفرج بينهما شيئاً
"I and the person who bears the orphans
(position) in heaven like this ",
then he sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam
hinting at his index finger and middle finger
sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam,
and rather stretches both of them [1].
This great hadith shows the magnitude
the virtue and reward of the person who accompanies the orphans,
so the Bukhari priest included this hadith in the chapter:
the virtue of people who care for orphans.
