The experience is simply so bad. In short, the entire rewards and offers section is a scam. most of the offers and ads are either not available at the store I chose or I clicked redeem and nothing happened. even when I tried to redeem with my own rewards points, the app just shows "This item is not redeemable at this point". On top of that, whenever I try to reach for help, there's no time estimate of how long I may be waiting till I can get a human agent. Just terrible overall experience.
